Carbohydrates do not make you fat! I don’t know where this myth started but carbs don’t make you fat eating to many calories does. However there are carbs that are bad for you and that’s anything that’s white. White rice, while bread, white flour, white pasta etc. Why are these bad? They’re bad because they contain empty calories. What’s and Empty Calories? Empty Calories are calories that are made up of fat or sugar and contain little to no nutrients. So essentially you’re eating pure fat and sugar there’s no nutrients your body can use. This is why white flour and products made with white flour is bad it contains little to no nutrients. When you eat carbs eat whole grain that is flour in a more natural form. So it contains all the nutrients missing from white flour.
